  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources or BCom Industrial Psychology
  • 5 – 10 years related experience
  • All related functional HR
  • Recruitment platforms and methodologies
  • Knowledge of employer branding and marketing platforms
  • Internship programme management
  • Strong knowledge of related Human Resources law.
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
