Job Description: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
