Job Description:

  • Analysing Support Tickets coming in and resolving these
  • Escalating Tickets to our Tech Team
  • Following-up on Tickets
  • Online meetings with Clients, Tech Team and Management
  • Reporting
  • Implementation of our software platform for onboarding clients
  • Analysing an organisation’s data
  • Determining information system requirements and defining project objectives
  • Making recommendations, such as suggesting appropriate settings and workflows
  • Writing reports and documentation

Qualifications: 

  • BA level either in computer science, It / business studies
  • Previous experience in IT support and knowledge of  tourism are highly beneficial. Excellent written and verbal
  • Support, implement, train our clients who are using our enterprise travel reservation software platform.
