Job Description:
- Infrastructure Development and Maintenance
- Build and maintain data infrastructure to support seamless reporting and data visualization.
- Develop business intelligence (BI) visuals to drive decision-making.
- System and Data Integrity
- Conduct thorough data integrity tests to ensure reliable outputs.
- Troubleshoot system and data-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Project Collaboration
- Work across diverse project streams to support business goals.
- Engage with team members of varying backgrounds and personalities to foster collaboration.
- Skill Development and Versatility
- Identify areas within the system that align with your skills and interests.
- Contribute to various small projects to develop a diverse skill set.
Qualifications:
- Candidates with Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Formal Coding qualifications are preferred.
- Packhouse Systems and/or relevant agricultural experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in R Programming and/or SQL is highly advantageous.
- Power BI Experience is highly advantageous.
- Inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Versatile and adaptable to various work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
