Job Description: 

  • Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to support analytics teams.
  • Develop and sustain ETL processes that ingest and transform data from diverse sources while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
  • Implement and manage data warehousing solutions to enable easy access for analysis and reporting.
  • Uphold robust security measures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Research and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Implement systems for monitoring data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data models and enhance the quality of data for complex analytics.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Develop compelling visualizations to support informed decision-making and promote a data-driven culture.
  • Deliver accessible and impactful findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Conduct courtesy meetings and follow-ups to foster strong client relationships.
  • Lead comprehensive BI scoping sessions to align client goals with strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable next steps to guide clients’ BI journeys.
  • Represent the organisation at internal and external client functions.
  • Identify team gaps and communicate challenges to senior management.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data analytics tools (e.g., MS Fabric)
