Job Description:

Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to support analytics teams.
Develop and sustain ETL processes that ingest and transform data from diverse sources while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
Implement and manage data warehousing solutions to enable easy access for analysis and reporting.
Uphold robust security measures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Research and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
Implement systems for monitoring data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data models and enhance the quality of data for complex analytics.
Work with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Develop compelling visualizations to support informed decision-making and promote a data-driven culture.
Deliver accessible and impactful findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
Conduct courtesy meetings and follow-ups to foster strong client relationships.
Lead comprehensive BI scoping sessions to align client goals with strategic planning.
Provide actionable next steps to guide clients’ BI journeys.
Represent the organisation at internal and external client functions.
Identify team gaps and communicate challenges to senior management.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
Experience with data warehousing and data analytics tools (e.g., MS Fabric)
