Job Description:
- Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to support analytics teams.
- Develop and sustain ETL processes that ingest and transform data from diverse sources while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
- Implement and manage data warehousing solutions to enable easy access for analysis and reporting.
- Uphold robust security measures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Research and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Implement systems for monitoring data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data models and enhance the quality of data for complex analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Develop compelling visualizations to support informed decision-making and promote a data-driven culture.
- Deliver accessible and impactful findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
- Conduct courtesy meetings and follow-ups to foster strong client relationships.
- Lead comprehensive BI scoping sessions to align client goals with strategic planning.
- Provide actionable next steps to guide clients’ BI journeys.
- Represent the organisation at internal and external client functions.
- Identify team gaps and communicate challenges to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
- Experience with data warehousing and data analytics tools (e.g., MS Fabric)
