Job Description: 

• End User Computing
• Design, Deployment, Maintenance, Optimisation of end user Computer Infrastructure
• Setting up and keeping documentation up to date
• Network Infrastructure
• Design, Deployment, Maintenance, Optimisation of Network Infrastructure
• Setting up and keeping network documentation up to date
• Server Infrastructure
• Deployment, Maintenance, Optimisation of Server Infrastructure
• Keeping server documentation up to date
• Cybersecurity
• Deployment, Maintenance, Optimisation of Cybersecurity Solutions
  
• Form part of Incident Response efforts
• Keeping security documentation up to date
• Support
• Providing support to users and being the escalation point
• Monitor and manage new and reopened tickets.
• Provide accurate high-level support towards end-users regarding their IT related issues and
• provide accurate and timely feedback (Level 2 – 3)
• Follow-up with the end-user to ensure that the issue is resolved
• Aid fellow team members where necessary  

Qualifications: 

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• CompTIA Certifications (A+, N+, Security+ or Equivalent)
• 5+ years IT related work experience
• Valid driver’s licence
• Relevant degree, diploma, certifications in IT or studying towards.
• MikroTik Certifications (MTCNA & MTCRE)
• SonicWall Certifications
