  • Matric; 
  • One-year IT qualification and/or Business qualification; 
  • Experience leading technical support teams; 
  • Strong technology inclination; 
  • Aptitude for computers; 
  • Intensive troubleshooting knowledge. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and allocate team member work load;
