- We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join the team! As a Technical Support Administrative Assistant, you will support the Customer Service department and employees through a variety of tasks related to Support, Installations and communication.
- The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Management of our support ticketing system.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system of customer related requests and installations.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence via email, slack, support ticketing system and our CRM tool.
- Perform data entries and keep customer data up to date.
- Manage calendar for installations
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Run company’s errands to post office and office supply stores
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate installations
- Maintain company brand database
- Work closely with marketing, finance and testing departments.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of Office management systems, Support and CRM ticketing systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
