Job Description:

  • We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join the team! As a Technical Support Administrative Assistant, you will support the Customer Service department and employees through a variety of tasks related to Support, Installations and communication.
  • The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Management of our support ticketing system.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system of customer related requests and installations.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence via email, slack, support ticketing system and our CRM tool.
  • Perform data entries and keep customer data up to date.
  • Manage calendar for installations
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Run company’s errands to post office and office supply stores
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate installations
  • Maintain company brand database
  • Work closely with marketing, finance and testing departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Office management systems, Support and CRM ticketing systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
