Descriptions:

• Working in a high performance corporate and commercial law team serving high profile local and international clients
• Drafting contracts and corporate documents
• Risk assessment, contract analysis and review
• Conducting due diligences and drafting due diligence reports
• Researching and preparing opinions on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters
• Participating in marketing and business development efforts and contributing to building and functioning of the team
• Assisting in general practice management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as admitted attorney.
• Experience in commercial litigation and high court litigation a prerequisite.
• Experience in insolvency law advantageous.
• Familiar with Practice Management software for attorneys
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
• Own transport.
