Litigation Secretary

Job Description: 

  • Typing of all legal documents (letters, emails, pleadings, contracts, etc).
  • Dictaphone typing.
  • General administrative duties (open files, fica clients, diarise matters, filing, scheduling appointments, etc).
  • Draft accounts / invoices.


  • Relevant Qualification required
  • Experience working in a Law Firm is a must. Preferably with High Court and Magistrates Court litigation.
