Job Description: 

• Project management – mostly building projects
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Follow up with contractors
  • Creating Timelines
  • Can tabulate and compare different quotes
• Generating drawings / sketches.
  • Draw simple sketches to convey ideas and concepts
  • Existing areas etc. can measure up and then draw a simple floor plan
  • Box or shelf – plan and draw

Qualifications: 

• Matric Mathematics and Technical drawings, after school course will be beneficial
• 2 years of experience in construction/project management direction
• Basic computer skills, emails, excel, word etc.
• Computer drawing skills are beneficial
