Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, managing relationships and addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather product specifications, drawings, coating requirements, and cost estimates.
- Oversee and coordinate project execution across different departments (e.g., technical, production, sales).
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services by managing project timelines and milestones.
- Visit client sites (e.g., bakeries) to assess needs, provide updates, and maintain client relationships.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BCom or similar preferred).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in project management or key account management.
- Willingness to travel for client visits (e.g., to bakeries).
