Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager

Job Description: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, managing relationships and addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to gather product specifications, drawings, coating requirements, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee and coordinate project execution across different departments (e.g., technical, production, sales).
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services by managing project timelines and milestones.
  • Visit client sites (e.g., bakeries) to assess needs, provide updates, and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BCom or similar preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in project management or key account management.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits (e.g., to bakeries).
