  • Manage Staff, Contractors and Labour Brokers
  • Software needs specifications to development teams to meet merchant needs (platforms & apps)
  • PayCloud Merchant Operations (Acquisition, Reconciliation and Settlements)
  • Commercial aspects of Cashier App, Partner and Acquirer integrations
  • Acquirer commercial relationships for Device Hosting and Scheme Compliance.
  • Merchant Training Team and escalations (Train & Support L1 & L2)
  • Manage and optimize support channels (VOIP, WhatsApp & Freshdesk)
  • Manage Support division within budget:
  • Merchant Support Supervision Team
  • Empower Client Call Centers and Regional Staff with Merchant Support Training
  • Manage Merchant Onboarding & Termination processes
  • Manage Support Escalations with another company
  • Manage scheme updates and compliance


  • Must have relevant Batchelors Degree and experience in card-present and payment processing in:

o Master/Visa

o Banking

o Payment industry (gateway)

  • Management experience
  • Able to engage with people well and build strong relationships
  • Get satisfaction from team’s track record in solving client problems
  • Can organize staff and tools into efficient production
