Night Manager

Job Description:  

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the evening shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedule.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring all team members are on time and perform their duties efficiently.
• Monitor staff attendance and ensure all employees come in and clock out at the correct times.
• Ensure project deadlines and operational targets are met with attention to detail.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Report on team performance, operational progress, and any issues to senior management.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in project management, general management, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Ability to work in an evening shift environment, starting at 3-4 PM and ending around 3 AM, depending on team performance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure smooth operation and punctuality of staff.
• Flexible and adaptable to the demands of the evening shift.
