Job Description: 

  • Office Administration
  • Co-ordinate and manage office
  • Client parking
  • Client meeting venue preparation
  • Client gifts
  • Office equipment & stationary
  • Answering office phone
  • Arrange couriers
  • Managing office cleaner
  • Family Office Service
  • Assisting Ultra High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests (VISA, passport, insurance, medical aid, arranging filing systems)
  • Go to clients to have documentation signed
  • Personal Assistant to Directors and Management Team
  • Diary management
  • Travel itinerary – booking flights and accommodation
  • Scheduling monthly client meetings
  • Ad hoc personal requests (VISA, car service, restaurant booking)
  • Client Administration
  • Pre-populating account opening documentation

Qualifications: 

  • Tertiary Education
  • English as first language with strong writing skills.
  • Female
  • At least 15 years working experience in a professional environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and Excel
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Must have a valid drivers licence and vehicle
  • Clean credit reference and clear criminal record
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrator for senior management is preferred.
  • Positive attitude
