Job Description:
- Office Administration
- Co-ordinate and manage office
- Client parking
- Client meeting venue preparation
- Client gifts
- Office equipment & stationary
- Answering office phone
- Arrange couriers
- Managing office cleaner
- Family Office Service
- Assisting Ultra High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests (VISA, passport, insurance, medical aid, arranging filing systems)
- Go to clients to have documentation signed
- Personal Assistant to Directors and Management Team
- Diary management
- Travel itinerary – booking flights and accommodation
- Scheduling monthly client meetings
- Ad hoc personal requests (VISA, car service, restaurant booking)
- Client Administration
- Pre-populating account opening documentation
Qualifications:
- Tertiary Education
- English as first language with strong writing skills.
- Female
- At least 15 years working experience in a professional environment.
- Excellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and Excel
- The ability to work under pressure
- Must have a valid drivers licence and vehicle
- Clean credit reference and clear criminal record
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrator for senior management is preferred.
- Positive attitude
