- Execution of Company strategy: Participate in and coordinate and drive the execution of the mission and vision of the organization at Unit and Company level so that it ensures the sustainability of the company.
- Establish the organizational structures and operating systems to cascade strategy to all levels within the organisation.
- Accountable for setting the Organizational corporate image.
- Manages operations of the company as well as its infrastructure requirements, sets and monitors operational KPIs.
- Work in conjunction with the CFO/COO, UBMs and HODs.
- Responsible for knowledge and data management.
- Financial Management: Develop business plans to support the unit and company strategy.
- Analyse and monitor financial performance and report to stakeholders.
- Business Operations: Manage facilities planning and maintenance activities to meet the organization’s current and future strategic needs.
- Relationship Management: Internal and external communication with various stakeholders.
- Information Management: Manage and assess technology needs in the units.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement a risk management plan to ensure a safe environment.
- Quality Control: Design and implement quality management systems.
- HR Management: Manage the retention and succession planning of staff.
- Tertiary qualification required (Financial preferable)
- A sound general management background (incl. Financial management) is essential
- Dynamic, proactive and forward thinking
- Project Management and business case development experience preferable
- Track record of successful delivery and execution of relevant projects
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
