Description:

• Logistical planning
• Quality checks on various aspects of the business
• Ensuring the business is compliant with the relevant regulations.
• Managing and training staff.
• Ensuring company service delivery standards are being met.
• Procurement of consumables
• Risk assessments and ensuring business profitability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of managing people/teams
• Proven experience of managing all operational aspects of a business, eg. finance, operations, logistics, marketing, human resources.
• Based in the Ceres area or be willing to relocate.
• An Industrial Engineering background would be an added advantage.
