Job Description: 

A Planning Manager oversees and coordinates the development and implementation of strategic plans. They work closely with senior management to identify business goals then create plans to achieve those goals. The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. The role involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and analyse production data to drive continuous improvement. The Planning Manager plays a key role in optimising production processes, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to support the organisation’s growth and success, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Planning Management.
• Minimum 5-8 Years Experience in Planning Management or a similar role.
• Proficient In English & Afrikaans.
