Job Description: 

• Project planning, which includes but is not limited to:
  • Time
  • Costs – travel/hours
  • Resources
  • Risk management
  • Issue management
  • Quality control
  • (The company uses both internal teams and 3rd parties)
• Project Management
• Closely manage the following aspects of a project (these are not limited to this list and may vary):
  • Team/Resource management
  • Time management
  • Vehicle management
  • Cost management
  • Client management
• Reporting
• The team runs all projects according to the below reports. The candidate needs to be very proficient in the following:
  • Project tacking – time/costs
  • Team KPI’s
  • Contractor costs and sign-offs
  • Installation sign-offs
• Leadership
• The ideal candidate will have experience in motivating and leading a team with specific reference to:
  
  • Staff motivation
  • Team cohesion
  • Dispute resolution
  • The ability to overcome challenges
  • Team discipline  

Qualifications: 

• Matric required
• 4 years’ experience in Project Management
• Driver’s License
