Job Description: 

• Responsible for Implementing, Driving and Maintaining the FSMS & QMS on the standards prescribed.
• Lead Food Safety audits from external & Internal parties for compliance purposes
• Keep up to date with customer specifications and all legislative requirements for the facility.
• Handle internal and external Non-conformances.
• Lead and Train quality team for the business unit.
• Drive and meet the compliance levels set for the business.
• Support systematic performance in the department.
• Team player with ability to lead and interact with internal /External customer.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum Diploma in Food Technology/ Biotechnology or equivalent qualification through an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role working with Fresh produce
• HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRCGS training is essential
