Job Description: 

The Production Line Leader is responsible for ensuring that the production line runs smoothly by overseeing the workforce, increasing efficiency, and ensuring that the product quality meets the required standards. The line leader serves as a link between the Production Supervisor and the workers on the production line. The Production Line Leader is Responsible for ensuring that production targets for their specific line are met while maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to safety regulations without compromising the people involved and the brand.

Qualifications: 

• High School – Matric Certificate
• Diploma In Leadership Management
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Similar Role
• Proficient In English & Afrikaans
