Descriptions:

• Measure the improvement of the quality (Better), speed (Faster) and cost (Cheaper) of your resources.
• Sourcing, allocation and align fix assets to reach  Manufacturing’s objectives
• Implement and maintain asset preservation (Total productive maintenance (TPM) is a system of maintaining and improving the integrity of production, safety and quality systems through the machines, equipment, processes, and employees that add business value to an organisation.)
• Monitor and align the efficiency of the fix asset’s (OEE> 75%) to world class standards.
• Source, allocate and optimize assets (Fix capital, working capital and human capital) to reach Manufacturing set objectives.
• Achieve all this within the policies and procedures of the Manufacturing and related legislation.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as manager in a manufacturing environment 
• High level of complex problem-solving expertise with effective root cause analysis 
• Mechanical an electrical knowledge. 
• A degree in Production Management, Engineering (BTech) or Food Technology 
• In depth knowledge World Class Manufacturing Systems. 
• Knowledge of all the legislation, standards, policies, and procedures mentioned in this document. 
• Strong mechanical or electrical background. 
• Proven working experience as a production manager 
• Continuous improvement of the efficiency of the assets. 
• Sourcing, allocate, align, and utilize assets to meet company goals. 
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
