Job Description: 

  • Client Base Expansions
  • Conduct market analysis to identify untapped business opportunities.
  • Drive market share growth via strategies for market penetration and client base expansion.
  • Relationship Building & New Client Engagement
  • Establish effective communication with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting relationships, incl. SLA’s.
  • Implement strategies for client retention and repeat business.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Expand the use of product features to increase revenue.
  • Market Research
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use research findings to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that demonstrate product value.
  • Address client needs and offer problem-solving solutions.
  • Product Knowledge, Feedback and Improvement
  • Maintain deep understanding of products/commodities/varieties.
  • Tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.
  • Collect client feedback to enhance products or services.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to adapt strategies.
  • Administration
  • Monitor performance.
  • Monitor credit notes, write-offs and claim procedures.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant Qualification and  experience required
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
