Internal Sales Representative

Job Description: 

• Source and procure electronic components as per customer requirements.
• Assist clients telephonically and via email, providing technical and sales support.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.

Qualifications: 

• A technical qualification in electronics or electrical engineering is advantageous.
• Previous experience in internal sales, particularly in the electronics industry, is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge of electronic components.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
