Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and fast-learning Sales Consultant to join their team. This full-time position is based on our farm and involves assisting high-end clients in hand-selecting their trees during nursery tours. If you’re excited to grow your skills in a values-driven environment, and know how to listen and connect with clients, we want to hear from you!

Job Description: 

• Assist clients in selecting their perfect trees from our nursery.
• Listen carefully to understand what clients truly need and want.
• Provide pricing, stock availability, and prepare quotations.
• Support our operations, production, and nursery teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Handle both office tasks and outdoor work, including managing tree inventory.

Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
• Sales experience and a valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills and comfort with office and outdoor tasks
• A fast learner who’s eager to gain new skills
• Resides in the Stellenbosch area and has reliable transport
• Clean and sober habits
• A team player who aligns with our core values of honesty, loyalty, and authenticity
