Job Description:

  • Listen” to the trends of the market and direct campaigns to optimize customer growth
  • Define marketing strategies and plan (MPM) to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives and in line with Brand Development Policies and International Franchisee Agreement
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Overall responsibility for adhering to brand standards and corporate identity
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with customer and sales activities and measuring results
  • Create and overseeing the company’s marketing budget and measuring results
  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service and satisfaction
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships internally and externally as per team and partner diagrams below


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • At least 10 years’ experience across a number of different roles.
  • Proven track record at delivering local marketing activity as part of a broader integrated marketing campaign.
  • Data Driven– Ability to analyse data to make the most appropriate recommendations and analyse key performance.
  • Budget Management – used to creating and operate within a budget.
  • Channel Management – experience across digital, affiliates, DM, OOH and email channels.
  • Agency Management – experience managing 3rd party agencies.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of brand management in a digital services environment.
  • Innovative, creative, solution-oriented go-getter.
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Outstanding language, grammar and writing skills.
  • Persuasive and co-operative approach in working in team environment.
  • Curious outlook and commitment to learning.
  • PR experience and network advantageous.
  • Strong administrative, organisation and co-ordination skills.
  • Project management skills, managing different projects simultaneously
  • Home office set up conducive to hybrid work environment
  • Drivers Lisence and own vehicle
  • Cross provincial traveling to restaurants
