Job Description: 

  • Sales
  • Maintain and increase sales in line with set targets.
  • Source & secure new clients via qualified leads and specific market segments -To be determined by the Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
  • Revisit and recapture clients where possible
  • Marketing
  • Promote the company as a professional company
  • Look for potential ways to advertise the company
  • Be up to date with market trends and prices
  • Client Support
  • Follow up on bakery problems and find suitable solutions – treat as urgent.
  • Make recommendations for extending product ranges – practical bakes etc.
  • Administration
  • Daily, weekly and monthly visitation planning to be detailed, accurate & completed.
  • Daily visitation reports to be detailed, accurate & complete as per set document.
  • Internal IT Support
  • Internal Network connectivity
  • Software & Hardware Issues – report to IT representative
  • Weekend Duty – if applicable
  • General Management


  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Sales will be advantageous.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Digital marketing experience will be advantageous.
  • Must have a valid Code 8 driver’s lisence – Own transport to and from work required, but a vehicle will be provided for customer visits.
