Job Description: 

  • Setting sales goals and objectives: Collaborate with senior management to establish clear and achievable sales targets aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Sales strategy development: Crafting effective sales strategies tailored to different regions or market segments, taking into account factors such as customer demographics, competition, and market trends.
  • Team management and leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
  • Sales performance monitoring and analysis: Tracking sales metrics, analysing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize sales processes and maximise revenue generation.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
  • Market research and competitive analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Developing sales budgets, managing expenses, and forecasting sales revenue to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics
