Job Description:
- Proactively engaging with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote products.
- Conducting needs analysis and handling objections effectively to drive conversions.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional approach across all communication channels.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Processing customer orders accurately while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintaining CRM records and tracking interactions to optimise follow-ups and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent call center sales experience (Required). Cold calling experience is advantageous.
- Education: Matric Certificate (Required) with a Clear Criminal Record.
- Language: Fluent, neutral English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and experience working with CRM platforms.
- Sales Mindset: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Quality & Compliance: Understands QA scores and compliance requirements.
