Outbound Sales Agent

Job Description: 

  • Proactively engaging with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote products.
  • Conducting needs analysis and handling objections effectively to drive conversions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional approach across all communication channels.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Processing customer orders accurately while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining CRM records and tracking interactions to optimise follow-ups and sales strategies. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent call center sales experience (Required). Cold calling experience is advantageous.
  • Education: Matric Certificate (Required) with a Clear Criminal Record.
  • Language: Fluent, neutral English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Sales Mindset: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
  • Quality & Compliance: Understands QA scores and compliance requirements.
