Sales Agent

Job Description: 

  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress to management
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in a sales environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
