Sales Agent

Job Description:
- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress to management
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in a sales environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
