Our Client is looking for an experienced & passionate Administration/Sales Clerk.

 Job Description:

  • Scheduling & booking all orders
  • Processing Pro-forma/quotes on Pastel
  • Filling of Creditor invoices
  • COD Payments – proper checks & balances in place
  • Admin duties/outlook, internet explorer, pastel, Excel, Word
  • Capturing delivery notes for invoice purposes
  • Scheduling of timeous deliveries
  •  Follow up on all outstanding cash amounts
  •  Sending out cash Tax Invoices via email


  • Matric – NSS senior certificate
  • Experience with Pastel, Excel & Word
  • Good administrative background / experience
