Our Client is looking for an experienced & passionate Administration/Sales Clerk.
- Scheduling & booking all orders
- Processing Pro-forma/quotes on Pastel
- Filling of Creditor invoices
- COD Payments – proper checks & balances in place
- Admin duties/outlook, internet explorer, pastel, Excel, Word
- Capturing delivery notes for invoice purposes
- Scheduling of timeous deliveries
- Follow up on all outstanding cash amounts
- Sending out cash Tax Invoices via email
- Matric – NSS senior certificate
- Experience with Pastel, Excel & Word
- Good administrative background / experience
