- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase the number of properties listings on our platform.
- Build and manage a telephonic sales team to achieve specific targets.
- Identify and target key vacation rental agencies to build relationships and expand our network.
- Set clear performance targets for your sales team, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales with promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team achievements for presentation to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales management, preferably in the travel, real estate, or hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English), both written and verbal.
