- Respond to queries and complaints from the existing client database
- Be a brand ambassador and represent the company’s values
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and networking events to promote the product

- Outstanding people skills and a knack for understanding clients’ needs
- Able to handle pressure
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling client complaints
- Must be able to work well in a team and individually
- Focus on excellence, not just completing tasks
- Outgoing personality
- Good telephone etiquette
