Telesales Consultant

Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Farmers, Contractors, Construction firms, Architects and Engineers.
- Identify and pursue new building material sales opportunities to prepare quotes and manage deliveries for customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Ensure timely reporting and feedback to the head office.
Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Retail IQ software), telephone and email systems.
- Building material product knowledge.
- Know how to read a plan and do quantity estimations.
- Ability to learn about products and services and market them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Valid Driver’s License
