UX/UI Designer

Job Description: 

  • User Experience & Interface Design
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
  • Ensure user-centred design principles are applied to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
  • Work on design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across company
  • User Research & Testing
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
  • Assist in analysing data to identify pain points and areas of improvement.
  • Work with the Senior UX Designer to create user personas, journey maps, and UX artefacts that inform design decisions.
  • Collaboration & Implementation
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align branding and UX across all digital touch points.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or B2B applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Prototyping).
  • Basic understanding of how designs translate to development.
  • Experience with usability testing tools and data-driven design.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
