UX/UI Designer

Job Description:
- User Experience & Interface Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Ensure user-centred design principles are applied to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Work on design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across company
- User Research & Testing
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
- Assist in analysing data to identify pain points and areas of improvement.
- Work with the Senior UX Designer to create user personas, journey maps, and UX artefacts that inform design decisions.
- Collaboration & Implementation
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.
- Collaborate with marketing to align branding and UX across all digital touch points.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or B2B applications.
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Prototyping).
- Basic understanding of how designs translate to development.
- Experience with usability testing tools and data-driven design.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
