- Provides administrative and logistical support for the various marketing (trading) desks
- Sales administration
- Support the Managing Director on an executive administrative level
- Accounts receivable
- Supplier and Customer relationship management
- BCom Logistics
- 3 years experience in the Fresh Produce Industry
- French speaking will be a bonus, but not a requirement
- Excellent and accurate administration skills on QX, Pastel
- Good analytical skills
- Good MS Office skills i.e Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to work under pressure at a quick pace
- Detail oriented
- Sense of urgency in completing tasks
- Good communication skills
- Service orientated
- Have a good understanding of financial disciplines, processes and procedures – will be preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem solving orientated
