Job Description:

  • Provides administrative and logistical support for the various marketing (trading) desks
  • Sales administration
  • Support the Managing Director on an executive administrative level
  • Accounts receivable
  • Supplier and Customer relationship management


  • BCom Logistics
  • 3 years experience in the Fresh Produce Industry
  • French speaking will be a bonus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent and accurate administration skills on QX, Pastel
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good MS Office skills i.e Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work under pressure at a quick pace
  • Detail oriented
  • Sense of urgency in completing tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Service orientated
  • Have a good understanding of financial disciplines, processes and procedures – will be preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving orientated
