Supply Chain Planning Manager

Descriptions:
- Creating a weekly production planning view with rolling 12-month horizon.
- Attend productions planning meetings to discuss possible constraints.
- Report to operations on all new purchase orders and expected orders for the next four weeks.
- Make agreed changes if required and share with production, warehouse, procurement, logistics and quality departments the confirmed view for week +2 and week +3.
- Work together with production planner and schedular to agree and confirm on retail production priorities for the next two to four weeks.
- Check packaging material on SAP in terms of stock on hand and monitor minimum order quantity levels and confirm with stock controllers their stock on hand. (SOH)
- Do monthly production view from forecast placed on SAP and measure month on month discrepancies.
- Collaborate with operations and give constructive feedback to ensure up to date and transparent reporting regarding our present conditions and capabilities
- Mini S&OP view on plant level, measure and high light risk to Senior Supply Chain Manager.
- Measure Plan vs Actual (PVA) – high light risk to Senior Supply Chain Manager.
- Give regular feedback regarding inventory and supply sources in order to support operations and anticipate demand
- Build and maintain good relationships with global packaging team.
- Do monthly 12-month rolling forecast for all suppliers of packaging and high light risk and changes to Senior Supply Chain Manager.
- Do monthly 12-month rolling forecast for all raw material suppliers and high light risk and changes to Senior Supply Chain Manager.
- Tigger space constraints in advance use forecast view.
- Do monthly forecasted view for all agents to ensure availability of containers.
- Addressing shipment and inventory issues with the Logistics Manager.
- Measure Plan vs Actual (PVA) – high light risk to Senior Supply Chain Manager
- Answering customer queries from ID team.
- Daily update of supply chain dashboard.
- Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings with relevant parties.
- Drive cost saving initiatives.
- Suggest improvement opportunities based on collective data and projections.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years’ experience in supply chain planning environment.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in FMCG will be to your advantage.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in FMCG.
- Knowledge about HACCP and BRC would be and an advantage.
- High competence in dealing with MS Excel.
- Experience in ERP system, MRP, SAP would be an advantage
- Experience in forecasting using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels.
- Excellent professional work standard.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize tasks to support business goals.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
