Job Description:

  • Content Creation:Develop original written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to each brand’s voice and audience. Writing engaging copy for headlines, descriptions, and call to action.
  • In-House Design: Create designed content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for social media and web. Proficiency in design software, Social Media Ads, Videos & Reels.
  • Aligning ad creatives with brand identity and campaign strategy.
  • Editorial Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align content with campaign goals and seasonal strategies.
  • Email marketing: Plan email marketing strategy, content creation, set up & send out in Omnisend platform and reporting.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with digital trends and incorporate relevant topics into content planning.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Assistant for social insights and with external creatives for multimedia production.
  • Content Distribution: Ensure content is published across all relevant platforms and optimized for each channel.
  • A/B Testing + Optimisation
  • Create and Analyzing performance data to optimize visuals, messaging, and formats

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability — skilled in writing engaging headlines, descriptions, and calls to action.
  • Proficiency in content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience creating social media ads, videos, and reels, aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (preferably Omnisend) — from content creation to setup, sending, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
  • Basic understanding of website content management and page editing (Shopify or similar platforms)
