• Loading Bank payments
• Monthly Pastel/Xero processing
• Process Foreign Currency Transactions
• Fixed Asset Register
• Monthly Management Accounts
• Cash Management and Forecast
• Budget vs Actual
• Annual Budget
• Annual Workmen’s Compensation Submission
• Monthly Payroll & PAYE submission
• Bi-Annual EMP501 Recons and submission
• Monthly VAT recon and submission
• Dividend Declarations & DTR01 & DTR02 submission
• Maintaining Audit file

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, registered SAIPA
• Advanced Excel skills
• Pastel and Xero experience
• Strong command of both verbal and written English
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with a positive attitude
