Job Description:
- Managing project budgets (extras vs credits)
- Maintaining accurate costing records
- Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes
- Coordinating finishes and product selections ensuring all site instructions are approved before implementation.
- The role also includes placing and tracking orders for finishes (sanitary ware, cupboards, tiles, flooring, appliances, light fittings, etc.), managing wage reconciliations (administrative function only), and handling all homeowner documentation such as council certificates, compliance certificates, HOA requirements, and utility connections
Qualifications:
- Has strong administrative and costing skills
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can confidently liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams
- Understands budgets and cost control within construction
- Is proactive, assertive, and takes ownership of processes
- Works well under pressure and manages multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in residential construction or building administration will be advantageous.
