Job Description:

• Full Bookkeeper function for multiple entities.
• Capturing Sales Orders & Invoicing up to statements
• Managing Debtors & Creditors for multiple entities
• Capturing and balancing Cash Book for multiple entities

Qualifications:

• Have experience in Sage Evolution
• Be able to do it all from filing, to capturing to reconciliation to dealing with queries
• Have ability to deal with customers & suppliers and high-pressure deadlines
• Own transportation
• Be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) and comfortable in the use of various PC applications
