Job Description:

  • Financial & Administrative Support (Accounting Entities)
    • Capturing and processing accounting transactions
    • Assisting with VAT working files (reviewed by senior)
    • Managing statutory deadline reminders
    • Digital filing and document organisation
    • Client document follow-ups
    • Assisting with compliance documentation
  • Hospitality & Travel Administration (Unravel Africa)
    • Managing booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com and others)
    • Coordinating reservations and maintaining booking records
    • Invoice preparation and reconciliation of hospitality income
    • Assisting with development and administration of travel packages / products
    • Coordinating quotes and itinerary documentation
    • Maintaining hospitality CRM and records
    • Supporting marketing administration for the guesthouse and future travel offerings
  • Digital & Platform Management
    • Updating website content (WordPress or similar)
    • Uploading blogs and marketing material
    • Scheduling social media posts
    • Updating online business listings
    • CRM management
  • Operational Coordination
    • Diary and meeting scheduling (multi-jurisdiction)
    • Drafting professional correspondence
    • Liaising with Isle of Man and US based directors where required
    • Assisting with internal workflow coordination
    • Supporting multi-entity administrative tasks
  • Working Structure
    • Approximately 25–30 hours per week
    • Flexible working hours
    • Core availability during South African business hours
    • Occasional flexibility required for early morning or late afternoon meetings due to time zone differences
    • Hybrid structure (remote + occasional in-person support in Stellenbosch if required)

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or similar
  • 1–3 Years’ experience in finance/admin or hospitality administration
  • Basic bookkeeping understanding
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Comfortable working across multiple businesses
  • Tech-confident (cloud systems and online platforms)
  • Own laptop and reliable internet connection
  • Based in or near Stellenbosch
