Technical Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee technical management of marine vessels, jack-up barge, and drilling equipment
• Manage spares, procurement, and maintenance planning
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and dry-docking activities
• Ensure operational readiness across marine and drilling assets
• Provide on-site operational support and management when required
• Market-related salary (dependent on experience)
• Accommodation and transport provided
• Feeding allowance
• Visa/work permit fully arranged by employer
• Rotation options: 4 months on / 1 month off OR 1 year on / 6 weeks off (family-based)
• Return flights included
• Income tax in-country covered by employer (where applicable)

Requirements: 

• Strong mechanical/technical background (marine or heavy equipment preferred)
• Experience managing vessels, rigs, or similar industrial equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets/sites
• Willingness to be based in West Africa with travel to project sites
• Open to rotational work schedules
