Job Description:
- Lead strategy, growth, and performance across a portfolio of internal supplement brands.
- Identify underserved market segments and define ideal customer profiles for each brand.
- Drive product-market fit by collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams on product development.
- Shape brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.
- Design and run market and messaging tests using digital and paid media channels.
- Analyse performance data to refine campaigns, products, and growth strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across DTC, retail, and digital platforms.
- Take full ownership of brand profitability, including CAC and LTV optimisation.
- Manage external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and brand extensions.
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities and product categories aligned to manufacturing capabilities.
