National Lease Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and manage lease agreements on a national level.
  • Prepare, issue, and administer property owner and tenant lease agreements.
  • Ensure all required approvals, permits, and supporting documentation are obtained before agreements are finalised.
  • Process lease applications for mobile network operators (MNOs).
  • Liaise with finance regarding payment terms and invoicing.
  • Draft and assist with additional contractual documents such as NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, sales agreements, and other commercial agreements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for lease-related queries from clients, property owners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation to clients and tenants.
  • Maintain, update, and archive all lease-related documents and templates.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Compile lease activity reports, monitor regional statistics, and provide management reporting.
  • Conduct research and support the implementation of best practices.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or degree qualification (M+3).
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access/Database systems, email, and internet applications.
  • Strong lease, contract, or property administration experience.
  • Excellent administrative and document management skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong reporting, information management, and record-keeping skills.
  • Team-oriented with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.
