Business Intelligence and Digital Solutions Analyst

Job Description:

• Review and improve ERP-supported business processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimise systems and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Coordinate ERP-related documentation, communication, and system enhancements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the business.
• Provide user support and assist with ERP training where required.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working in ERP and Business Intelligence environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI advantageous.
• Experience with ProduceLinc or fresh produce export systems beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
