Systems & Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Maintain data integrity across business systems and monitor system integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with software vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Support ERP upgrades, testing, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure accurate operational data throughout the export process.
• Analyse business processes and implement system-driven improvements to increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Support logistics technology, shipment tracking, and cold chain monitoring.
• Provide systems support, user training, and guidance on best practices across the business.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years’ experience in export, logistics, supply chain, or systems-focused operational roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and process mapping skills.
• Experience with systems troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Power BI and SQL experience advantageous.
• Experience with fresh produce ERP systems such as DiPar or Prophet beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
