Property Analyst

Job Description:

• Identify and evaluate new property acquisition and development opportunities.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, market research, and due diligence investigations.
• Prepare and present acquisition and development proposals to management.
• Liaise with property agents, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the acquisition process.
• Coordinate and monitor development opportunities, including budgets, timelines, and project progress.
• Assist with the marketing and sale of identified properties, including preparing sales packs and liaising with agents.
• Compile due diligence reports and support finance applications where required.
• Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines, providing regular progress reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Provide market research, reporting, and general support on property-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Property Studies, Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Previous experience in property analysis, property development, commercial real estate, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and due diligence skills.
• Good understanding of property acquisitions, developments, and property investment principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the property development industry will be advantageous.
