Fundraising System & Data Specialist

Job Description:

Manage and optimise the organisation’s fundraising technology platforms and systems.
Oversee Salesforce operations, including integrations with donation platforms, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
Manage technical projects, vendor platforms, and external service providers.
Maintain data integrity through imports, reconciliations, deduplication, and regular system audits.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), automation processes, and compliance standards.
Generate donor reports and insights to support fundraising, donor acquisition, and retention strategies.
Monitor and report on fundraising campaign performance.
Provide technical support, user training, and system onboarding for fundraising team members.
Ensure systems remain secure, up to date, and aligned with organisational requirements.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Several years’ experience working with Salesforce (Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack experience advantageous).
Experience in fundraising, non-profit organisations, or donor management will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and data quality best practices.
Experience with Salesforce security settings, workflows, process automation, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience integrating CRM platforms with marketing and payment systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent in English.
A passion for animal welfare or the non-profit sector will be advantageous.
