Exceed now offers CIMA training

Exceed Tax and Management Services in Stellenbosch has recently been registered as an official training partner of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). This allows Exceed to provide training to candidates wishing to obtain the CIMA professional qualification.

With 183 000 members and students in 168 countries, CIMA is the world’s largest and leading professional body of management accountants. The CIMA qualification is fast becoming a sought-after qualification in the South African business environment.

At Exceed, AJ Beukes and Jani Schoeman have become the first to enroll in the CIMA programme. AJ has a BAcc (Honours) degree and previously completed his CA traineeship with Tenk Loubser & Associates, where he obtained valuable auditing and accounting experience. He will now complete his Managerial and Strategic Levels, after which he will be allowed to write the TOPCIMA examination.

Jani Schoeman joined Exceed at the beginning of the year after completing a BCom (Honours) degree in both Accounting and Management Accounting. She will commence her trainee programme on the Operations and Management Level.
